Town Planning Consent for Sloane Square Project

Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea has granted Town Planning Consent for a new high quality multi-unit residential project at 39-41 Sloane Gardens, close to Sloane Square, London SW1. The project for The Cadogan Estate and designed by Garnett Architecture will involve the refurbishment and conversion of two period buildings to create lateral apartments with a combined floor area of approximately 1,130sqm. The scheme will have many interesting historic features dating from the ‘Arts and Crafts’ period which will be retained to add character to the high quality self-contained residential accommodation.
