Garnett Design Management provides technical design coordination, Building Regulations Principal Designer advisory and CDM risk management consultancy services during the pre and post contract phases of construction projects.
For over 20 years Garnett Architecture has established a reputation for pro-active leadership of design teams and successful delivery of construction projects. Since 2015 Garnett Design Management has provided an independant consultancy service for commercial and construction clients requiring assistance with management of technical and specialist design development on building projects.
We support clients, their consultants and specialist suppliers with auditing and advising on technical, health & safety and statutory requirements during RIBA Work Stages 4-6.
Working alongside established or novated design teams, Garnett Design Management coordinates technical project delivery, specialist design development, benchmarking & testing, compliance with ERs and industry standards, and provides the roles of Building Regulations Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act 2022 and Principal Designer under CDM 2015.
