Town Planning Consent for 14 New Street London EC3

Town Planning Consent has been granted by Corporation of London for G&P’s proposals for refurbishment and extension of 14 New Street Street (formerly New Chapter House). The scheme involves a new 8th floor extension, alterations to existing elevations and remodeling of the ground floor shop front. The works will involve a comprehensive re-brand of the interiors of the 1980’s building and works are expected to commence on site in the 2nd quarter of 2017.
