G&P completes first project for BlackRock

Garnett Architecture have completed their first project for BlackRock Real Assets at 65 Chandos Place, Covent Garden, London WC2. G&P were appointed as architects on the Cat ‘A’ fit out of Level 4 comprising 3,600sqft of lettable floor area was refurbished to a high standard involving new ceilings and lighting, upgraded M&E services, new stripped wood floors, refurbished toilets and redecorations throughout. The project was completed on time and within budget. APS was project manager. Letting agents are Strutt & Parker and Hanover Green.
