G&P appointed on refurbishment of Aspinalls Club, Curzon Street, London W1

G&P have been appointed as executive architects working with GPF Lewis Plc, on the refurbishment of Aspinalls Club at 27-28 Curzon Street, Mayfair, W1. Crown Aspinalls is an exclusive international private gaming club established in the 1960’s. The £3.4M project involves refurbishment of the casino and implementation of designs for new lightweight rear extensions designed by Wilkinson Eyre. The project significantly enhances areas of the club as well and provides additional facilities for guests. The works include alterations of the entrance, ground floor and 1st floor restaurant as well as reconfiguration of the rear roof to create a terraced gaming room and salons with glass ceilings and sensational views over London. The construction contract will be taking place over 34 weeks and in several phases to enable the club to continue operations while construction work is in hand.
