1 Bedford Street Covent Garden Handover
Legal & General’s office refurbishment project at 1 Bedford Street, Covent Garden, designed by Garnett Architecture Architects, has achieved handover. The 11,500sqft/ £1.75M scheme, close to The Strand, included a Cat ‘A’ fit out of the office floors and was successfully completed by Overbury within a 25 week contract period. Circa 9,500sqft of net lettable floor area set to be launched to the market in early October through CBRE and Hanover Green. Potter Raper Partnership acted as Client’s Representative and Project Manager.
