GarnettArchitecture Appointed on Business Park Refurbishment for L&G

Legal and General Asset Management have been appointed GarnettArchitecture as Architect and Lead Designer on two office buildings at Lotus Business Park in Staines-Upon-Thames. The circa 30,000sqft project involves a ‘Cat A’ renovation of the entrance and common areas, toilets and three office floors. The construction works are expected to commence in the 2nd quarter of 2018. G&P are working for L&G in conjunction with project managers Malcolm Hollis and letting agents Savills and New Ballerino.
