GarnettArchitecture Appointed on City Reclad Project

Columbia Threadneedle have appointed GarnettArchitecture to prepare designs for the Cat A refuirbishment of a six storey office block at 11-13 Crosswall in the City of London. The project involves redesign of the external facades, removal of the existing external metal skin and installation of new terracotta cladding panels. The proposal aims to provide an new eye catching presence on Crosswall with a ‘quirky’ contemporary design to appeal to the SME occupier market.
