Shaftesbury Appoint GarnettArchitecture on Two New Cat A Refurb Projects

Shaftesbury PLC  have appointed GarnettArchitecture as Architects and Lead Designers on two new refurbishment projects at 16-20 Shorts Gardens and 1 Earlham Street, both in Covent Garden, WC2. Works to the Grade II Listed Edwardian warehouse buildings will involve Cat A fitting out of the entrance halls, common areas, wc’s and office areas.  The combined gross internal floor area of the projects is circa 12,000sqft and works are expected to commence on site in Q2 2019. The practice is delighted to be working with the project team including Project Manager Fresson and Tee, M&E Services Consultant QuinnRoss and Structural Engineers Furness Partnership.
