GarnettArchitecture Appointed on 390 Strand Scheme for L&G

GarnettArchitecture have been appointed by as Architects and Lead Designers on a new commercial refurbishment project at 390 Strand, London WC2 for Legal & General Pensions. G&P will lead the architectural re-positioning of this ‘Brutalist’ style 1970s building located to the south of Covent Garden. The circa 9,000sqft GIA fast track ‘Cat A’ project will involve redesign of the entrance, common areas, wc’s and office space, along with renovation of the front facade and is expected to commence on site in Q3 2019. The practice is delighted to be working with the development team including project manager Paragon, MEP services engineers Milieu Consulting and letting agents CBRE.
