Charlotte Street Interior Design Instruction

Shaftesbury PLC have appointed GarnettArchitecture as Interior Designers on the renovation of 11-13 Charlotte Street, in Fitzrovia. The project comprises a Cat A refurbishment of a small office building of some 6,000sqft arranged over five storeys. The exciting design concept features unusual geometrical tiling, feature lighting, upgrading the staircase, new wc’s and showers. Its an exciting re-brand of a period building for the SME occupier market. The project team includes F&T Project Management and QuinnRoss MEP Services Consultants.
