GarnettArchitecture Appointed on Marylebone Housing Scheme

First Penthouse, a part of The High Street Group, have appointed GarnettArchitecture on a new residential project at Clarewood Court in Seymour Street, Marylebone, London W1. The exciting scheme involves extending the existing circa 7,800sqm. apartment block to provide nine additional residential units with a total floor area of approximately 925sqm. Clarewood Court is located at the junction of Seymour Place and Crawford Street and  consists of two L-shaped blocks, six and seven stories in height, one facing Crawford Street and Seymour Place and the other facing a courtyard at the rear. The project is being developed in low carbon sustainable design with a bio-diverse wildflower blanket green roof, utilizing First Penthouse’s revolutionary off-site fabrication technology methods to minimize on-site construction periods and impact on residents.
