GarnettArchitecture Appointed on St John’s Wood Residential Scheme

GarnettArchitecture has been appointed as executive architects working with GPF Lewis Plc on Almax Group’s  residential new build project at 1 St John’s Wood Park, London NW8. The former garage site is being redeveloped to form a 6 storey (plus basement) residential block containing 9no. units (3 x 4 bed duplexes, 3 x 3 bed flats, 3 x 2 bed flats), with associated amenity space, cycle store, plant areas. The high-end £5M scheme is expected to commence on site in November 2020 under a 56 week construction programme.
