New Office Fit Out Project in St James’s

Lithium Real Estate, a subsidiary of Vanke Holdings (UK) Limited, has appointed Garnett Architecture on refurbishment of two floors of prime offices at 14 Ryder Street, St James’s, London W1. The project involves fit out of around 10,300sqft of space to Cat A+ standard with the project delivered on a ‘plug & play’ basis with finishes, partitioning and tea points and freestanding furniture. GarnettArchitecture are being retained as architects and lead designer working with a project team including BNP Paribas Real Estate who are acting as both Real Estate Agents and Project Managers and MEP Services designers Hive and cost consultants Hennessy Godden.
