Berners Street Project Instruction

GarnettArchitecture are appointed as architects and lead designer on transformation of a 1960s office building at 46 Berners Street W1 for the Berners-Allsopp Estate. The circa 1,10sqm project, located to the north of Oxford Street, involves infilling a former carriageway at ground floor to create a new retail unit, remodelling of the exterior elevations, renovation of the reception, common areas and offices, renovation of toilets and new showers. Office areas are designed with stripped back concrete frame and coffered ceilings and exposed M&E Services. A new landscaped terrace is being provided to the rear as an amenity for occupiers. The team includes Project Manager HMC and real estate agents Bluebook.
