41 Moorgate commences on site

Congratulations to Parkeray on being appointed as main contractor on our project for transformation of the ground floor and one floor of offices at 41 Moorgate EC2. The circa £1.2M project for BlackRock involves remodelling of the front of house areas at ground level along with the 2nd floor offices which will be fitted out on a ‘plug & play’ basis with finishes. Garnett Architecture are architect and lead designer working with PM / QS Avison Young and MEP engineers The Anslow Partnership. Works are expected to complete at the beginning of Q4 2021.
