TP Success for West 1 Contracts

Design proposals by GarnettArchitecture for 124 Norsey Road, Billericay, Essex have been granted town planning consent by Basildon Borough Council. The circa 1,000sqm private dwelling is arranged over four stories and includes an indoor swimming pool in the basement.  GA were appointed by the developer West 1 Contracts Ltd earlier this year to completely overhaul a previous scheme dating from 2018, and are being retained as their architects to lead the detail design phase of the exciting circa £2.5M project with the West 1 delivery team which includes QuinnRoss and Acies Group LLP.
