26 King Street WC2- New Project Instruction

GarnettArchitecture has been appointed by Capco Covent Garden as architect and lead designer on the refurbishment of 26 King Street, London WC2. Located close to Covent Garden Piazza, the Grade II Listed mixed office and restaurant building is to be refurbished and extended, with a new stair and lift core inserted. GarnettArchitecture are acting as Architects and Lead designers on the circa 1,600sqm low carbon retrofit project in conjunction with project manager RPM, services consultants Atelier 10 and structural engineers Hurst Pierce + Malcolmand QS Stace. Works are expected to commence on site the Autumn.
