Garnett DM Appointed on Two New Projects

Garnett Design Management has been appointed as Design Manager on two new projects for GPF Lewis plc, at 85 Grays Inn Road London WC1 on behalf of Clearbell Capital LLP and, at 22/23 Princes Street London W1 for 22/23 Princes Street Trust. Garnett DM are advising on the circa £5.9M and £3.5M office refurbishment and extension projects, with responsibility for coordinating development of technical and specialist design proposals including compliance with employer’s and statutory requirements.
