Covent Garden Piazza TP Application

GarnettArchitecture’s town planning proposals for 34 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, prepared for Shaftesbury Capital, have been submitted to City of Westminster. The project will involve external alterations to the Henrietta Street and Piazza elevations including the proposed demolition and rebuilding of the Piazza elevation, removal and replacement of windows and installing new glazed shopfronts. The project forms one part of Shaftesbury Capital’s strategy of creating vibrant, thriving destinations within London’s West End. GarnettArchitecture’s designs create an expansive, high-quality retail unit, designed to attract tenants and visitors alike.
