GarnettArchitecture has been appointed by commercial property specialist W.RE as Architect, Lead Design Consultant, and Building Regulations Principal Designer for the third-floor fit-out of the iconic Arding & Hobbs building in Clapham Junction. Partnering with workspace and hospitality operator x+why, we’re transforming approximately 27,500 sq. ft. of this landmark listed building into an inspiring space for work, socialising, and community. The design team includes Equals Consulting , Buro Happold, GDM and Garnett Design Management. Works are scheduled to commence on site later this month with completion expected early in Q2 2025.
