Segro PLC have appointed GarnettArchitecture as Architect and Lead designer on two new industrial retrofit projects in Park Royal, North London. 8 Premier Park is to be refurbished with new office mezzanine installed while 703 Tudor Estate is to be extended with new entrance hall and externally remodelled to rebrand and reposition the asset. The project team includes project manager Hollis Global, structural engineers Civic Engineers and MEP Services Consultants CHPK.
