Neal Street Project Appointment

GarnettArchitecture are delighted to be working with Shaftesbury on a new refurbishment project at 39-45 Neal Street WC2. The circa 5,000sqft refurbishment scheme involves Cat A fit out of three floors of offices in two linked Victorian warehouse buildings in the heart of Covent Garden. Features will include sandblasted brick walls, stripped timber trusses and sanded down original timber floors. GA have teamed up with Project Manager Fresson and Tee, with M&E Services Consultant QuinnRoss and Structural Engineer HTS.
