Finchley Town Planning Consent

Proposals designed by G&P for the remodeling and extending of a stunning early 20thC Arts & Craft house in Finchley have been approved by London Borough of Barnet. The consented circa 760sqm scheme in Hendon Avenue N3 has been prepared for a private client and involves converting the existing building from three flats into a single family dwelling, around 350sqm of new extensions (almost double the existing floor area), a new basement with gym and cinema room, and extensive landscaping. Town Planning Consent was granted by LB of Barnet in just over twelve weeks from validation. Strutt & Parker advised on the town planning strategy. Works are expected to commence on site in Q3 2020.
