CAT ‘A’ refurbishment of a 1970’s office building close to Red Lion Square and Grays Inn. The 1,400sqm GIA scheme involved remodelling of the exterior elevation at ground floor, renovation of the reception, common areas and offices. The project scope includes new comfort cooling, renovation of toilets and new showers and a new roof terrace to the rear. Office areas are designed with exposed M&E Services and feature concrete ceilings and brick interior elevations.
