GarnettArchitecture instructed on Moorgate Cat A Scheme

BlackRock have appointed GarnettArchitecture as architects on refurbishment of their office building at 41 Moorgate London EC2. The project involves remodelling of the entrance hall, redesign of the exterior elevation at ground floor level and Cat A+ fit out of the 2^nd floor level on a ‘plug & play’ basis with finishes, partitioning and tea points and freestanding furniture. GA is working with Project Managers Avison Young and agents BH2 and Colliers. An application for Town Planning Consent was submitted in September and works are expected to commence on site in Q1 2021.
