New build private house with floor area of some 1,000sqm arranged over four stories and including an indoor swimming pool, spa in the basement and pavilion outbuilding in the rear garden.  GarnettArchitecture were appointed by developer West 1 Contracts Ltd in spring 2021 to completely overhaul a previous scheme dating from 2018. Following granting of planning approval for the new external design including new mansard roof in August 2021, GarnettArchitecture are retained as architects by the West 1 delivery team to lead the detail design and construction phase of the exciting circa £2.5M project which is expected to handover in Summer 2022.
