Our refurbishment project for Berners-Allsopp at 46 Berners Street W1, has been launched to the market by Bluebook. The scheme includes a fully fitted 2nd floor, large terrace on the 1st floor, new reception, shot blasted, ribbed concrete ceilings, raised floors, exposed cooling, demised WCs on each floor with generous floor to ceiling heights throughout, bikes racks, shower, lockers at lower ground floor.
