New Gloucester Place Appointment
GarnettArchitecture has been appointed by The Portman Estate as Architects and Lead Consultant on the refurbishment of 27-29 Gloucester Place, W1. The circa £2.8M scheme comprises renovation and fit out of two 18th Century Grade II Listed buildings for use as serviced offices. The practice is working on around ten projects in Marylebone with some 5,000sqm of residential and office floor area in development. Design teams include Furness Partnership, TPS, E&MT, Potter Raper, Stace, Thompson Cole, Gerald Eve, Savills, Bidwells, PBC.
