New Floral Street Project

GarnettArchitecture has been appointed by Royal London Asset Management as Architect and Lead Designer on  refurbishment of 50 Floral Street, a five storey Edwardian warehouse building situated close to The Royal Opera House. The circa 1,400sqm project is expected to comprise a Cat ‘A’ interior refurbishment with some floors fitted out ‘plug and play’, renovation of the entrance hall, staircases, toilets and common areas. Work on site expected to commence in Q3 2023. G-Arch is already assisting RLAM on proposals for 9-12 Bow Street nearby, which received Town Planning consent in 2022. The Design Team for both projects includes Hart Dixon, Gardiner & Theobald, Atelier 10 and Burro Happold.
