Cat B interior fit-out of flexible workspace on the 3rd floor of the iconic Arding & Hobbs building in Clapham Junction, London Sw11. GarnettArchitecture are acting as Architect & Lead Design Consultant and BR PD for commercial property specialist W.RE working closely with workspace and hospitality operator x+why to transform the circa 27,500sqft floor of this landmark Listed Building into a vibrant hub for work, socialising and community. The project involves configuring adaptable work zones, meeting rooms, and event spaces, with bespoke partitions, M&E service modifications, and integrated AV solutions, breathing new life and vibrancy into this historic space. x+why will be operating the amenities in the building and occupying the third floor  introducing premium flexible workspace options, and signature hospitality led clubspaces.
