26 King Street WC2- Facades Revealed!
The scaffolding has come down at our 26 King Street project for Shaftesbury Capital PLC, unveiling the beautifully restored Italianate palazzo-style elevations dating back to 1860.
This Grade II listed building, originally designed by Victorian architects Arthur Allom and Matthew Digby Wyatt, once housed Debenham, Storr & Son’s Auction Rooms and stands as a prominent Covent Garden landmark.
The approximately 20,000 sqft property has undergone a comprehensive restoration with a new roof extension and is due to open as a boutique hotel by Ergon House, complete with a restaurant on the lower floors and a rooftop bar offering stunning panoramic views.
