Mayfair Mews House

GarnettArchitecture have been appointed by an international family office to take forward designs for a circa 740sqm private house located in the heart of Mayfair, just a few minutes’ walk from Grosvenor Square. This scheme involves part demolition of an existing mews house and adaptation and extension to create a stunning home arranged over four floors. The BREEAM Excellent development will holistically integrate sustainable design principles including LETI band A targets for embodied life cycle carbon and a 35% reduction over part L for operational carbon targets. Set back from a quiet street and entered via its own enclosed forecourt, the site has a fascinating history with links to the British Surrealist Movement.
