The circa 9,700sqft ‘cut & carve’ scheme involves Cat A refurbishment of a classic Edwardian former warehouse building in the heart of Covent Garden. The five storey building will be restored to their former glory with sandblasted brick walls, stripped timber trusses and sanded down original timber. A new lift is being installed with new MEP services throughout. Works include a new shop front and external amenity terraces to the rear.
