Fit out of a new trading floor at Millbank Tower, Victoria, London SW1 for an international finance company. The fast track project involved transformation of the interior of the Grade II listed 1960s building, with new HVAC services, new lighting and bespoke furniture and boardroom. The scheme included flexible open plan offices, a working reception, meeting rooms and a boardroom with integrated audio-visual projection facilities. Open plan layout and glazed partitions were used with light materials used to provide a bright open feel to the space.
