New department store for a major American food retailer in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The project comprised the fit out of some 27,000sqm. of prime retail floor area. The open plan store is arranged as series of specialist food and beverage counters based on the ‘farmer’s market’ concept developed successfully by our client across the United States. The project includes fresh food stalls, bakery and coffee shop, a restaurant and holistic treatment area. G+P worked closely with the client’s in house branding team and were employed as lead designer on the project.
