Refurbishment and comprehensive interior re-design of a 1930’s mixed office and retail building on the fringes of Covent Garden, to Category ‘A’ Standard. The 11,500sqft scheme involves renovation of the entrance hall, common areas, toilets and three office floors featuring exposed steel beams, cast iron columns and art-deco detailing. The project designed by GarnettArchitecture  includes redesign of the shop front at street level,  new comfort cooling with exposed M&E Services.
