Country House of a Writer,
Punchbowl Green, Madehurst, West Sussex

Remodelling of a 650sqm. country residence for a private client, near Arundel, Sussex. The project involved conversion of former laundry and outbuildings of a nearby country house into a family home for the client and four young children. The centre of the house behind the front façade was demolished and rebuilt in matching local style of flint, brick and oak cladding. The main feature internally is the double height kitchen with distant views to the South Downs, while to the rear on the north side is a large cinema style family room with gallery overlooking the pool and gardens.
