Project Description

Interior refurbishment of a commercial office building in the Seven Dials area of Covent Garden. The second floor was already occupied and the third and fourth floors were refurbished to Category ‘A’ standard. The project comprised redesign of the external entrance, renovation of the entrance hall, the main staircase, office areas and W.C.’s. The accommodation stair between 3rd and 4th floors was designed to provide the option of letting floors individually or as duplex to a single tenant. The scope of work involved new MEP Services, including perimeter fan coils and a full remodel of the toilet core.
