Project Description

Refurbishment of the lower two floors of a prime office building located in St James’s, London W1. The project involves transformation of around 1,100sqm of existing floor space to Cat A+ standard with new finishes, services installations, new bike store and showers, tea points and freestanding furniture. GarnettArchitecture acted as as architects and lead designer on the fast track fit out project which was completed at the end of 2021
