A multi unit residential scheme close to Sloane Square, London. The project involved the refurbishment and conversion of four period buildings with a combined floor area of approximately 1,400sqm. to create eighteen serviced apartments on behalf of The Sloane Club. The buildings have many interesting historic features dating from the ‘Arts and Crafts’ period which were retained to add character to the high quality residential accommodation. The £5.0m building contract was completed in 2014.
