Renovation of a Grade II Listed Victorian warehouse building in Covent Garden comprising some 1,200sqm of gross internal office floor area. The project involved including knocking through of the two addresses into five high end finished offices over three floors. Originally the building was two separate addresses consisting of four offices and a penthouse residential flat, all of which was in need of updating. The building has been refurbished to Category A ‘Plus’ standard along with renovation of two entrance halls and offices to provide contemporary space with exposed services. GarnettArchitecture acted as Architect and Lead designer on the scheme which was designed to emphasize original features and the building’s 19th C industrial use.
