Refurbishment of Grade I Listed commercial office building at 18 Bedford Square, on the north side of the famous Georgian landmark. The 900sqm project, on behalf of long standing client The Bedford Estates, involved the refurbishment of the original building, dating from around 1780, along with the construction of two new floors to the rear. The new extension includes an open-plan office with a two storey glazed elevation facing on to a landscaped courtyard. The Grade I Listed building was restored back to its original splendour with the reinstatement of superb historic features, while a new air-conditioning system was incorporated throughout.
