A new build 3,450sqm. commercial office development located between High Holborn and Stukeley Street, wrapped around the southern flank of the Grade II* Listed former Holborn Town Hall. Large clear span floor plates are arranged on six levels in two wings on either side of a central core linked by glazed walkways. Principal access is through a gateway from High Holborn leading into the private landscaped Dragon Lane covered by a glass canopy. GarnettArchitecture acted as Architects and Lead Designer from inception for the entire development which was recipient of a London Borough of Camden Design Award n 2004.
