Project Description

Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed mixed use restaurant/ hotel building in the heart of Covent Garden. The circa 1,600sqm project involves partial demolition and rebuilding, with a new rear extension, insertion of new staircase and lift for the hotel and construction of a new fourth floor with south facing rooftop terrace. ERGON HOUSE, the Greek boutique hotel brand, which features artisanal Mediterranean products and cuisine, will open in the circa 20,000sqft location in 2025. The hotel will offer 20 contemporary rooms, with access to a private gym, and spaces designed by local artists, paying homage to its Greek roots. A 2,220 sq ft rooftop restaurant is planned with an al fresco terrace and striking views of the London skyline. The scheme includes enhanced sustainability and feature lighting to accentuate the building’s historic façade.
