Refurbishment and extension of a period commercial office building on a busy junction on the Fulham Road. The 1,200sqm. scheme includes demolition of unsightly extensions dating from the 1960s and rebuilding of the  lift/ toilet core with a new extension on Redcliffe Gardens. A corner retail and restaurant unit is to be created on the ground and lower ground floors, while the office floors above are being refurbished with a new mansard extension added.
