Project Description
CAT ‘A’ refurbishment of a 1970’s office building close to Portman Square, in Marylebone. The 1,100sqm GIA project involves remodelling of the exterior elevation at ground floor and first floor, replacement of windows and installation of shutters to reduce solar gain. Internally, the reception, common areas and offices are all overhauled and fitted out on a plug & play basis. The project scope includes new comfort cooling, toilets, showers and end of trip facilities. Office areas are designed with exposed M&E Services and dropped ceiling rafts. The project received Town Planning Consent from City of Westminster in 2024, and is currently under construction with launch to the market expected in Q4 2026.
