Conversion of an existing bank on The Piazza, Covent Garden, into a retail unit which will internal refurbishment and replacement of the ground floor elevation. The proposals have been designed to acknowledge the architectural precedent of historical works previously undertaken at 1-4 King Street and on other similar buildings in the immediate area.  The project will involve external alterations to the Henrietta Street and Piazza elevations including removal and replacement of windows and installing new glazed shopfronts. The project forms one part of Shaftesbury Capital’s strategy of creating vibrant, thriving destinations within London’s West End.
