Conversion of a former bank on The Piazza, Covent Garden, into a landmark boutique retail unit including internal refurbishment and replacement of the ground floor elevation. Located within the Covent Garden Conservation Area scheme have been designed to acknowledge the architectural precedent of historical works previously undertaken at 1-4 King Street and on other similar buildings in the immediate area.  The project involved external alterations to the Henrietta Street and Piazza elevations to increase glazing,  including removal and replacement of windows and installing new bronze framed shopfronts. The unit was pre-let to Nestle Nespresso SA. The project forms one part of Shaftesbury Capital’s strategy of creating vibrant, thriving destinations within London’s West End.
