Project Description
CAT ‘A’ refurbishment of a 1970’s office building on the southern edge of Covent Garden. The circa 950 sqm GIA project involved a comprehensive renovation of the entrance hall, common areas providing fully fitted and furnished offices, ready to occupy. Each floor benefits from its own demised WCs, a kitchenette, fibre connection, soft seating and agile working areas. The building also benefits from a new secure cycle storage and shower facility. Office areas are designed with exposed M&E Services and feature concrete ceilings and exposed brickwork to interior elevations
