Project Description
Refurbishment and conversion of two Grade II Listed townhouses dating from the 1780’s with a total floor area of some 600sqm. to create six residential units (flats and maisonettes) for letting on ASTs. Historic plan forms and original features were re-instated, with extensive interventions to bring in new M&E Services. The scheme includes new rear courtyards and roof terraces and was designed to include a media rooms and wine stores, large contemporary kitchens and extensive built in joinery.
